Place Cable Workflow

Select the Place Cable tool.

Activate the Plan View.

Select a Feature Definition in Place Cable's dialog box.

Select a Cable Feature Definition (type of Cable to Place).

Optionally: fille Name Prefix and Item Type data (in case there is an associated Item Type).

Optionally: uncheck the Show Cable toggle, if the cable should not be displayed.

Select an Equipment (From) by selecting the Equipment's Connection Region or it's cell origin.

Optionally: Place data-points in the Plan View to add breakpoints to the Cable.

Select an Equipment (To) by selecting the Equipment's Connection Region or it's cell origin.

Cable will be inserted.
